To enhance the PeriAnesthesia nurse’s knowledge of breast cancer DIEP flap reconstruction, legal implications in periAnesthesia nursing—including ICE agents as they relate to patient and clinician rights—and PeriAnesthesia care in the non-operating room anesthesia (NORA) setting.
